What a Beautiful Disaster

Introduction

I'm sitting comfortably here on our terrace watching the altostratus clouds while the birds are singing.

Thinking about the place that I see in the movie Crazy Beautiful You of Kathniel where they went to Mount Pinatubo in the Zambales Mountains on the Island of Luzon in the Philippines.

Mt. Pinatubo is an active stratovolcano, 15 of June 1991 is the second-largest terrestrial eruption of the volcano in the 20th century it is also considered as the largest and most catastrophic volcanic eruption.

The effects of the 1991 eruption were felt worldwide bringing a lethal mix of ash and rain to towns and cities surrounding the volcano.

Maybe right now you are thinking that it is so scary to go to Mt. Pinatubo but according to https://www.pna.gov.ph/articles/1150222

Mt. Pinatubo is back to normal, its alert status is now at Level 0 (normal), over five months from being under alert Level 1 ( low-level-unrest) the Philippines Institute of Volcanology and seismology (Phivolcs) said.

We should not keep our distance just because it has a scary scene that happened in the past.

Today, it holds a beauty that covers its tragic past.

The irony is that it is now attracting more and more people after its sudden eruption.

While you are in front of the lake you can shout everything that you want, if you are stressed just shout.

Experience Mt. Pinatubo. A day trek to the crater will reveal the beauty that it drew.

You will forget its disastrous history.

If I have a chance in the future to go to the place that I want to explore, I will go to Mt. Pinatubo.

And I will cherish the memories of seeing one of the most famous volcanoes in the world and the most picturesque volcanoes in the Philippines.

Try to imagine seeing that in person.

Your will going to cry, tears of joy because you're so happy to see a place like that.

And talking to yourself that there is still a place in our country that you can't explain how beautiful it is.

Because now there are places that we can't visit because of us, humans.

We are lazy to take care of our nature, it's easy to segregate the trash but we can't do it properly. Lazy to throw garbage in the right trash can and many more.

Going back.

If you love doing hiking this is for you because Mt. Pinatubo has become one of the prime hiking destinations.

While you are going to Mt. Pinatubo you will experience sand walls along the trail.

Activities in the Area that you must try.

•Volcanic ash massage and mud pool at Pinatubo Spa.

Ash massage

- This takes out toxins from the body by widening pores and drawing impurities out.  You will be buried under hot volcanic ash and sweated out for 30minutes.  Their brochure said, "it is believed to lessen body cholesterol, refreshes and relaxes tired body".  Sweating from this spa is like being in the gym and running those treadmills.  If you can't bear the heat, you can opt out at any time.

Mud pool

- The mask tightens on your face when dry, right?  This is what happens with the mud pool, instead of just the face, you can rub the mud over your whole body, wait till it dries. You should stay in the mud pool till your bodies were dry and statue-like all over.

You can feel the tightening of the mud "mask" over your body.  After the mud pool, go to the cold shower to rinse the mud from your body,

leaves you refreshed and with smooth tight skin!  Their brochure says "a pool of volcanic mud to apply all over the body to dry; softens skin and stretches the skin to look younger."

• Drop by at Capas Shrine and have a glimpse of Philippine History.

• Witness the man-shaped rock formation in Sta Juliana, popularly called Telatau – a massive totem-shaped rock.

• Go to Museo de Tarlac in Capas

• Take a walk at Campo Santo Municipio of O’Donnell Capas with its still Spanish colonial period identity still preserved

• Feel the heat of Dolores and Bueno Hot Springs

• See the still existing Japanese Tunnels and Caves

• Visit the different ancestral houses scattered in the province

• Go to Bamban Hills, Sacobia River, Crow Valley, Kalaw Forest/Falls, Lake Canarem, Anao Quina Buntok Creek, and Kamikaze Memorial Shrine

Conclusion

So like what I just said I recommend to all of my readers to set a vacation on Mt. Pinatubo and try all the activities in the place, Don't be afraid to set a vacation in the place because of its past.

Because today, it holds a beauty that covers its tragic past. You will forget its disastrous history. Even if it is too far, your efforts are worth it because the place is so beautiful.

You have a chance to take an adventure on one of the most and picturesque volcanoes, in the Philippines and don't forget the activities that you must try especially the volcanic ash massage and mud pool.

I hope you like it. Keep Safe everyone and God bless you all
